The registration fee of the conference is (in Euros):

The conference fee includes a reception on Monday evening, a conference banquet on Thursday night, Mehter Concert on Friday and coffee breaks throughout the conference.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES: 

Conference excursion to Istanbul historical highlights on Wednesday (€ 60 per person):

This is a full day guided tour including all entry fees, transportation and lunch at a water front restaurant (beverages are not included in the price). Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar and Basilica Cistern will be visited. For detailed information.

Bosphorus Boat Tour on Tuesday evening (€ 32 per person):

This is an evening round trip boat tour along the Bosphorus from the Black Sea to the Marmara Sea. An open buffet dinner will be served during the trip, including all soft and alcoholic beverages.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration by June 1, 2008, you will get a full refund minus the bank transfer fees that will be charged to us to send your registration fee back.

Also note that you have to fill in all the information in the registration form even if you filled out a pre-registration form before.When we receive your registration form we will make reservations to the accommodation of your choice. You do not need to make any further arrangements with the hotel or campus dormitories.
