F. Sibel Salman Salk

   

   F. Sibel  Salman Salk is an Assistant Professor in

   Industrial Engineering at  Koç University.  

  

   She received her Doctor of Philosophy degree in

   Operations Research from Carnegie Mellon University

   in 2000. She holds an M.Sc. degree in Industrial

   Administration (Carnegie Mellon University, 1997),

   an M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering

   (Bilkent University, 1994) and a  B.Sc. degree in

   Industrial Engineering (Bilkent University, 1992). 

  

   Prior to joining Koç University, she held a faculty

   position at the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University

   between 2000 and 2003.

 

   Her current research interests are in  network models and optimization with

  applications in telecommunication, distribution logistics, and disaster management.
