Title: Finite-dimensional Asymptotic Behavior of Dynamical Systems Generated by Nonlinear Damped Wave Equations

Abstract: In this talk I am planning to discuss the problem of finite-dimensional asymptotic behavior (in time) of dynamical systems generated by initial boundary value problems for  nonlinear damped Klein-Gordon equation, nonlinear strongly damped wave equation, damped Boussinesq equation and related problems of mathematical physics. The problem of stabilization of these systems by finite-dimensional feedback controllers will be also discussed.
