All amounts given are in EUROS.

Payment by Credit Card: You need to make your payments by May 15, 2016.

Your registration will not be considered complete and no reservations for campus accommodation will be made until the fees are paid fully.

Note: We have some funding available from TUBITAK for only Turkish residence especially students. If you are a Turkish Citizen, please contact design16@ku.edu.tr for funding information. The credit card payment page do not work for Turkish Bank cards. Please contact us if you want to participate the workshop from Turkey.

When we receive your registration form we will make reservations to the accommodation of your choice for the campus dormitories. You do not need to make any further arrangements. Contact resepsiyon@fuatpasa.com.tr for reservations to Fuat Pasa Hotel.

Registration Fees:

The registration fee of the conference includes the welcome reception on Monday evening, a conference banquet on Thursday night, all conference materials and coffee breaks throughout the conference.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:

Workshop excursion to Istanbul historical highlights on Wednesday June 15, 2016 (65 Euro per person):

This is a full day guided tour including all entry fees, transportation and lunch. Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, Topkapı Palace and Grand Bazaar.

Bosphorus Boat Tour on Tuesday evening on Tuesday June 14, 2016 (40 Euro per person):

This is an evening round trip boat tour along the Bosphorus from the Black Sea to the Marmara Sea. Dinner will be served during the trip, including all soft and alcoholic beverages.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration by June 1, 2016, you will get a full refund minus the bank transfer fees that will be charged to us to send your registration fee back.
