- There are two airports in Istanbul.
Most of the international flights land to Istanbul Ataturk Airport, in Yeşilköy. From the airport you can reach Koç
University:
- By taxi which will cost around 75 TL.

ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MORE THAN ONE PERSON.
Either take
the shuttle bus to AKMERKEZ (Etiler)
- Departure times of the shuttle bus:
From the airport: Once in every two hours between 7.00am-11.00pm.
Arrival time to AKMERKEZ: Approximately 45 minutes.
- Ticket Fee: 11 YTL (day time, VAT incl.)
Then from AKMERKEZ to Koç
University, the taxi will
cost around 35 YTL.
Or take the shuttle bus to
TAKSIM.
- Departure times of the shuttle bus:
From the airport: Once in every half an hour between 4.00am- 1.00am.
Arrival time: Approximately 45 minutes.
- Ticket Fee: 9 YTL (day time, VAT incl.)
Then from TAKSIM to Koç University
you may take the metro to the last stop “4. LEVENT”.
When getting out of the metro follow “SARIYER” signs. Then take a taxi to Koç
University. The taxi will
cost around 25 YTL.
You may
also prefer taking a taxi from TAKSIM. It will cost around 40 YTL.
- If you arrive to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. We recommend that you take the shuttle
bus to “4. LEVENT” and take a taxi from there to Koç University. The taxi will cost
around 25 YTL.

There is a shuttle bus for every flight landing to this airport.
