| Dr Oguz's research interests are
in theory of machine scheduling, logistics, bioinformatics, metaheuristics, mathematical programming,
operations research, and production planning and inventory control. Currently she is involved in research
projects in the areas of scheduling, container terminal management and
computational biology. She teaches courses in heuristic methods, logistics, project management, and
scheduling.
