June 04	- Solution to Final Exam problems have been posted as Supplementary Material.
May 16	- Homework Problem Set 4 (Assignment 8) has been posted in the page Assignments. It is due on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 13:00. - The final exam will be held on Thursday, June 04 at 15:00. It will cover the content of Lectures 1-28 with more emphasize given to the material covered in Lectures 11-28. The exam will be conducted online and the detail of its structure and rules will be announced before June 02.
Apr. 30	- Homework Problem Set 3 (Assignment 7) has been posted in the page Assignments. It is due on Thursday, May 07, 2020 at 13:00.
Apr. 13	- Homework Problem Set 2 (Assignment 6) has been posted in the page Assignments. It is due on Thursday, April 21, 2020 at 13:00.
Apr. 03	- Homework Problem Set 1 (Assignment 5) has been posted in the page Assignments. It is due on Thursday, April 14, 2020 at 13:00.
Mar. 27	- Starting from March 30^th and till further notice the classes will be held online. For Math 401 this means that video lecture will be recorded and uploaded to Blackboard and the students will be asked to watch these videos and take notes during a period of two weeks following the date of each online class (This is the usual class date for Math 401). Since the midterm and quiz 3 cannot be held, the evaluation method for this course has been changed and the students will be required to do homework. For details and further information see the revised syllabus.
Mar. 12	- Exercise Problem Set 4 has been posted in the page Suggested Exercises. - There will be no class on Tuesday, March 17. We will have an extra (make-up) lecture on Wednesday, March 18 during the PS (17:15-18:45 in SCI-129).
