- Due to the fact that the number of students who have registered for Math 320 exceeds 30, I have decided not to ask you to write a term paper in this course. This is because finding more than 30 different topics with similar level of mathematical sophistication will be too difficult. Not to mention the enormous amount of time that I would have needed to invest in correcting the draft and final version of the term paper in addition to the time necessary for preparing 6 extended quizzes, a final exam, a make-up exam, a remedial exam, and an amnesty exam for this course. I have therefore made the necessary changes in the syllabus and webpage of the course.
